1 hour training session dedicated to barbell strength training, accessory work, and high intensity conditioning. Two lower body specific days and two upper body specific days paired with the most effectively programmed yet simple and easily modifiable workouts.
40-50 minutes of multi modal conditioning elements. We use running, rowing, and biking paired with kettlebell, dumbbell, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to keep intensity at an elevated rate so you are ready for anything. These workouts pair well with adventure races, triathlons, and to any athlete looking to improve cardio and body composition.
